On all of our company listings we have included a form for potential customers to contact you. We ask for their first and last name, mailing address, email address and phone number. You will be emailed this information and it is up to you to contact the customer. We also may have a copy emailed to us so we may follow up with the customer to make sure their needs are being met and they have enjoyed their experience on our website.

*It is your responsibility to know if your company allows online advertising.

We reserve the right to refuse any business opportunity or website we feel is unacceptable to our visitors.

Please Note: If you choose to place a recurring ad with Direct Sales Directory.com you may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your Paypal account and choosing "Cancel Subscription" through your original payment setup. This must be done before the date your payment is due. Once a payment has been made through your subscription, it will not be refunded.

Although we appreciate notification by you that you are canceling your subscription, this does not mean it has been cancelled. You must cancel it through Paypal.

It is your responsibility to keep Your PayPal Account current, and to have available funds in it. You agree that PayPal and Party Plan Companies will not be responsible for payments that fail to go through as a result of Your Funding Source no longer existing, or holding insufficient funds. If for any reason PayPal is unable to withdraw the full amount owed for the Services provided, you agree that PayPal and Party Plan Companies.com may pursue all available remedies in order to obtain payment.

You signed up for a monthly payment plan, your monthly billing date will be determined based on the day of the month you registered for the Directory Listing. Direct Sales Directory will automatically renew your listing when they come up for renewal and will take payment from your paypal account.

Canceling your Listing. You must notify us before canceling your listing. We need to know that you really do want to cancel or if for some reason paypal cancelled because there was insufficient funds in your paypal account.

Payment is through Paypal Subscription Service. Your listing will automatically renew every month. If we receive notice that your payment did not renew because there are no funds in your Paypal account, you must pay within 3 days your you will lose your listing. Payment is sent on your renewal date every month.
